Eisemann Center Presents 2026-2027 Season

Dhaara is an artistes’ collaboration with an outpour of creative and immersive experience of Dance and Music. This is a Live dance and music concert featuring the country’s top notch artistes Nirupama and Rajendra Kathak, Exponents who perform to captivating music by Jayanthi Kumaresh and R Kumaresh, the Veena and Violin maestros known for stringing people in their symphonic effect like performances, and Praveen D Rao and Pramath Kiran, two of the esteemed percussionists known to create transformational energy through their beats and rhythms.

In Dhaara, Mother Nature, human expressions, and experiences are celebrated solely through invigorating dance set to soul stirring music compositions. Stage and light design and picturesque costumes are at its best to enhance this visual treat. A highlight of the collaboration is the emergence of new genre of art where multiple layers of Kathak choreography is set to fresh musical compositions. This high energetic concert showcases the idea of fluidity in aspects of dance, expressions, music, rhythm, and dynamic visual displays.
