As of 2026, the Eisemann Center is a KultureCity® Sensory Inclusive® Certified Venue. KultureCity® is the world's leading nonprofit on sensory accessibility and acceptance. One in four individuals have sensory needs or invisible disabilities that can make certain lights, sounds, crowds, or even smells intolerable, overwhelming, or painful. This includes those with autism, PTSD, dementia, ADHD, and other neurological differences. These sensitivities prevent those individuals from being able to enjoy common activities and experiences due to lack of accommodations in public places. KultureCity® strives to make the impossible possible by training staff and providing resources to public venues to better engage with individuals with sensory needs.
As a KultureCity® Sensory Inclusive® Certified Venue, the Eisemann Center has implemented thoughtful accommodations for individuals with sensory needs. These include sensory-inclusive training for our staff, clearly identified quiet areas, and the availability of sensory bags equipped with noise-reducing headphones, fidget tools, tinted glasses, and visual cue cards at the Ticket Office. Guests can also use the KultureCity® mobile app or visit the KultureCity® website to preview sensory features of our venue and plan their visit with confidence.
What makes the Eisemann Center unique is our belief that the arts should be accessible to everyone. By embracing sensory inclusion, we are not only removing barriers—we are opening doors. Our partnership with KultureCity® reflects our ongoing dedication to ensuring every patron feels comfortable, respected, and empowered to fully enjoy the magic of live performance.
