With a cast consisting of both stars from Broadway’s greatest country and rock musicals, as well as incredible Country Rock singers, Neil Berg shares the music and often unknown stories from the history of Country Rock music!

From the progenitors of Country Rock in the 1930’s & 1940s, through the early years of the ‘50s, ‘60s, and especially when Country Rock took off in the 1970s, Neil Berg’s 50 Years of Country Rock uses fascinating stories and groundbreaking music, with tributes to such important and iconic Country Rock stars/groups/genres as Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Wanda Jackson, Chuck Berry, Rick Nelson, Buddy Holly, Bob Dylan, The Byrds, Janis Joplin, Nitty-Gritty Dirt Band, The Band, Creedence Clearwater Revival , Gram Parsons, The Grateful Dead, Flying Burrito Brothers, Neil Young, Linda Ronstadt, Eagles, The Allman Brothers, Crosby, Stills, & Nash, Pure Prarie League, Little Feat, Marshall Tucker Band, and others!
