Śivoham Drshyam // Bank of America Theatre

Śivoham presents, in association with Kuchipudi Kalakshetra, Srutilaya School of Dance: Drshyam 2025.

Śivoham supports struggling Independent Veda Pathashala's (teacher does everything from fundraising to education to administration) in India with the initial batch consisting of 7 schools from the city of Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu. Śivoham is also focused on promoting a lifestyle centered on Vedic practices in the USA.

Drshyam is an annual fundraiser based on dance dramas depicting stories from Vedas in classical Indian dance forms (Kuchipudi and Bharatanatyam). The program will also feature students of Sri Bharathi Teerthar Vedapathashala, a part time school in Plano, TX, who will chant the relevant parts of the stories from Vedas as the dancers depict the meaning/ essence of these stories in visual dance forms. Drshyam is bound to be an audiovisual delight for the inquisite as well as the discerning art lover and spiritual seeker.
