SOLO: Echoes of '70s Iran // Hill Performance Hall

SOLO is a live storytelling experience hosted by Raha Etemadi, bringing legendary Iranian artists Shahram Shabpareh, Hassan Shamaizadeh, and Shohreh together live on stage to share the stories of their lives, the memories behind their songs, and how some of the music we all grew up with was created.

This is not a traditional concert, and the featured artists will not sing or perform. Instead, SOLO creates an intimate space for conversation, storytelling, nostalgia, humor, and emotional connection. Throughout the evening, the artists will revisit personal memories, untold stories, moments from their artistic journeys, and the inspirations behind songs that became part of our collective memory — khatereh-ye jam‘ei.

The program invites audiences to reconnect with a generation of music and culture through honest dialogue and shared remembrance — an evening where we remember together, laugh together, and share in the emotions of the past.

At the end of each segment, a guest musician will join the stage to perform live medleys and reinterpretations inspired by the legendary songs connected to each artist’s legacy, bringing those timeless memories back to life through music.
