The Eisemann Center for Performing Arts is compliant with The Americans with Disabilities Act. We welcome all patrons and offer a variety of services to meet special needs. It is the goal of the Eisemann Center to ensure that its performances and facilities are accessible to all of our patrons.
Patrons hard of hearing may request assistive listening devices free-of-charge at the Ticket Office approximately one hour prior to the performance. Patrons who are deaf may request sign interpreted performances or captioning and should do so at least two weeks prior to the show date. These requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter and are provided at the discretion of the management.
Patrons who are blind or have low vision may request audio described performances, but should so at least two weeks in advance of the show date.
Tickets for accessible seating for patrons with disabilities are available in all Eisemann Center venues. For personal assistance selecting accessible seats, or for more information about accessibility for a person with a disability, please contact the Eisemann Center Ticket Office at 972.744.4650 (voice) Monday-Saturday from 10 am until 6 pm and during all public events or send an email to ADAaccess@eisemanncenter.com.
To ensure that you have the best seating available, we advise you to indicate that you are purchasing accessible seating and to purchase your tickets as far in advance as possible.
The Eisemann Center offers disabled parking in the Public Garage located on the north side of the Eisemann Center for those with disabled parking placards or license plates. Park in any designated parking spot. On each floor of the Public Garage, you will find a set of blue elevator doors marked Eisemann Center at the top. Enter the elevator on the left and push the button designated Eisemann Center to take you to the main floor. After the elevator arrives on the main floor, the opposite door will open, allowing you direct entry into our lobby area.
