Approved Caterers

Clients must select a caterer for food and beverage service (non-alcoholic) from the approved list. Should there be a desire to use a food caterer not on this list, approval must be given by the Eisemann Center Administrative and Events Manager. Exceptions are possible if the client has a cultural/religious need not met by current Eisemann Center caterers or if the client is a nonprofit and a caterer is donating the food. All applicable health permits, licenses and proof of liability are the sole responsibility of the client and caterer selected. Additional fees will apply. The kitchen serves as a catering prep area only and is not a full service working kitchen. Alcoholic beverages must be provided by the Eisemann Center's contracted concessionaire, Aspen Catering.
