Get a Deal! Groups of 10 or more qualify for ticket discounts and priority seating for most Eisemann Center events!
Group orders consist of a minimum of 10 tickets for Eisemann Center Presents performances. Minimum required for all other shows is at the discretion of the client presenting the show.
Group orders can be made Mon - Fri, 10 am - 6 pm, by calling 972.744.4657. An estimated head-count is required at the time of the reservation. Any reductions or increases in the group size must be made before the final payment. Any additional seats added to the order after the final payment has been processed, or any additions made within one month of the performance, must be paid for immediately either in person or over the phone. An increase in seat count may be made up to the day before the show and will be based on availability.
A one-time $12 Group Fee is required per order. Per ticket handling fees incurred with all single ticket purchases are waived for Groups.
Groups orders of 10+ tickets will see a 10% discount on all Eisemann Center Presents performances. Larger groups may see an additional percentage discounted. For all non-ECP shows, discounts are at the discretion of the client presenting the show.
We require full payment one month prior to the performance. Any reductions in the group size must be made at this time. If booking less than one month prior to the performance date, full payment is due at the time of the order. Management reserves the right to adjust the payment deadline at any time.
Acceptable forms of payment are check, cash, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Please make checks payable to Eisemann Center and mail to the Eisemann Center, Attn: Ticket Office – Group Sales, 2351 Performance Drive, Richardson, TX 75082.
Please note: Full payment must be made in one transaction. We do not allow for individuals within a group to pay separately for their tickets. If paying by check, check must be received on or before the deadline given.
All paid orders are non-refundable and exchanges are at the discretion of patron services management. Management reserves all rights.
