Ticket Office Hours
Ticket Office hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and one hour prior to all ticketed performances thru intermission.
Accessibility
If you have special accessibility requests or need wheelchair seating, please call the Ticket Office at 972.744.4650 and a Patron Services Representative will assist you.

Delivery Policy
If you order your tickets seven (7) or more days in advance of a performance, we will mail them to you. If you order your tickets less than a week or seven (7) days before a performance, you will need to pick them up from Will Call at the Ticket Office. Ticket Office hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and one hour prior to all ticketed performances thru intermission.
Group Sales
Groups of 10 or more receive discounts for most presentations at the Eisemann Center. Call the Ticket Office at 972.744.4657 for personalized service and to get information on your seating options and discounts.
