Do you enjoy the sounds of
classical music, the beautiful movement of ballet performances and
the excitement of theatrical presentations? Then become a
supporting member of the Eisemann Center by volunteering!
Volunteers participate in many of the Eisemann Center’s operations
and performances. No matter what your background, you can become
part of a unique theatrical family.
The essential requirements to become a volunteer are to have an
interest and enthusiasm for the performing arts, have a
willingness to serve all patrons in the Center with care and
respect, display a high level of congeniality in serving our
guests and demonstrate and reflect a professional demeanor.
Participating as a volunteer will provide a valuable community
service.
Volunteers are needed for ushering; student performances; matinee
or evening performances; Marketing and Development activities;
administrative office duties and special events. Volunteer
opportunities are in conjunction with performances that occur
mostly at night and on weekends. Administration opportunities take
place during normal business hours Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to
5:00 pm.
To become a member of this exciting team, please contact Scarlett Ornelas at 972-744-4615. If you
would like to apply online, please click on the Apply Online link,
above.
Orientation and training sessions are required
and are held at the Eisemann Center on the first Thursday of the
month. Please call House Management at 972-744-4614 to confirm a
time and reserve your spot after you have filled out and submitted
the online application. Special orientation times available on
request. Note:
Due to the requirements of their duties, volunteers will not
always be able to see the performances they are working. Ushering
positions will be rotated on a regular basis to provide all
Eisemann volunteers the same opportunities and experiences.
